The Flathead Catfish bit a 10″ worm while fishing with my CCR® 7′-6″ flipping stick. It took about 5 minutes to wear it down enough to slide it into the landing net. Estimated to be in the 30-40 pound range, this “cat” gave a up a good fight!
Also, the other photo is a bass, post-spawn that easily would have landed somewhere in the 6 lb range.
Both were released!
